Duration: Ongoing in 4-week session increments (60 minutes per class)
Designed to reduce the aches and pains that typically accompany
pregnancy, Prenatal Yoga teaches strength and stamina, as well as
concentration and breath control, in a nurturing and supportive
environment. In addition to learning techniques for alleviating common
body aches and pains, we will also focus on special breathing techniques
to help prepare your body for birth. This class is also excellent for
improving posture with gentle, modified yoga poses and breathing
exercises. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to connect with other
pregnant women and celebrate your changing bodies and growing babies.
Appropriate for expectant mothers during all stages of pregnancy.
