DS goes to a daycare center 3 days each week. It's a corporate owned daycare center with locations all over the country so I'm not sure how much the etiquette differs from a private company type of facility. DS started out there once he turned 1 with Teacher A. In October at 18 months, he moved into the next class with Teacher B, where he will stay until his 2nd birthday in April. While Teacher B is currently his main teacher, there are days when there are a bunch of different teachers/aides that might be working in his class or his class and the 2s class might spend the day together. Is it appropriate to give a gift to only Teacher B as she is his current teacher? Should I also gift a little something to the director? Or should I give a gift to Teacher B and get some sort of (store bought) baked goods plate type of thing for the rest of the staff to enjoy?
Am I totally overthinking this?
