How many stuffed shells do YOU eat?

My brother's birthday is on Christmas, so he always gets to pick what we eat. This year, he has requested stuffed shells. I haven't had them or made them in forever, so I'm at a loss for how many to make. I'll be serving 10 people.

I was thinking 4 per person? Does that sound like too few? We're also having salad, garlic bread, and roasted zucchini.

I agree with PP. Make 50, you can always freeze them if they aren't finished.

I'd say make 50 too. Better to have too many than too few

Plus they should be good leftover. Sounds yummy!

I'd probably make about 50 too. I've made them for a crowd and that seems about right.
