Sore throat & dehydration

Our DD came down with a virus last Friday and was in the ER last Saturday for dehydration and a virus. Fever was gone 2 days ago and now she has a hacking cough, sore throat, less of an appetite but willing to take in fluids. Her wet diapers decreased yesterday from 3-4 wet diapers to 1. Her stools came back 3 days ago and we haven't had a stool in over a day.

Has anyone dealt with this before?
