Angelcare Mat and Inclined Crib

Joel has a terrible cold, and the doc had us incline his crib. It seems to help, but since we have, the Angelcare mat is giving us a lot of false alarms. From what I have read, I think it is because it is no longer flat.

For those of you who have your LO sleeping on an incline in their crib, if you have an Angelcare mat.... did this happen to you? I know a lot of you have babies with digestive issues, so I was thinking maybe one of you also had the mat in an inclined crib.

TIA!

Re: Angelcare Mat and Inclined Crib

  • We had LO at an incline when she had a cold. We did end up getting a lot of false alarms too so we just ended up moving the mat around to find a spot that works. I think we even tried putting it on an incline with the mattress, I don't think that worked though (go figure). Mess around with it a bit, I know that's not fantastic advice, but it's all I've got. Good luck!

Thanks! Me, too! We are a hot mess around here. I have walking pneumonia (after recovering from strep) and as of now Joel is just a slobbery coughing sad man. We are hoping he's better for Christmas!
