In all the other dream threads we've had I know we're all having weird dreams but lately I'm having horrible nightmares. The kind that jolt me awake, heart racing and I feel sick about I just saw. I'm starting to dread going to sleep because they're every night. Anyone else have these?

I have had horrible nightmares. The ones that wake you up and you are still upset.
