What to serve with chicken divan?

Long story short, I'm hosting Christmas unexpectedly.  DH and I both work the 23rd and will be at my IL's for most of the 24th, so I need something easy to serve 11 adults and 3 kiddos on Christmas Day.  I thought chicken divan would be easy enough, since I could cook and cube the chicken on the 24th and throw everything in a disposable casserole dish on the 25th.  What do I serve as sides though? 

Or, any genius ideas as to other easy dinner ideas?  :)  TIA!

    I would make biscuits, mashed potatoes, maybe some steamed carrots or green beans depending on what you end up putting in it for a veggie, then an apple or pecan pie for dessert

    I would probably do a roast. Those are pretty easy. Or Worlds best lasagna from allrecipes.com. You can make that up in advance.

    I would do lasagna or another baked pasta dish. Pair it with salad and/or a veggie and bread. Done.
