Normal Wait till they are are 3+ months and you are begging them to sleep! haha
I don't think you can predict how well a baby will sleep later by how they sleep when they are newborn. All newborns sleep anywhere and long time. If I had known now, then, my advice to my new mommy self would have been to make sure that wake times are short, watch for tired signs, don't let baby get overtired... overtired babies do not to go sleep well or stay asleep long.
Dd was like that for the first 3 weeks. She remained an amazing sleeper though even after she started being awake for longer. She is almost 3 months now and sleeps great but not sure if it's related to her sleepiness as newborn
Re: newborn sleeping
DD2 is now 2.5 weeks old and she is now staying awake for 30-45 minutes after each (daytime) feeding.
