I do italian stuffed mushrooms, and they are a hit every time. Two big things of white mushrooms, or crimini, filled with a stuffing of sauteed onion and garlic, mixed in with italian bread crumbs, ricotta, mozzerella, salt, pepper, and basil, topped with more mozz. Super fast and yummy. I bake them at 325 for half an hour on a cookie sheet.
