NT/12 week appt

Hi ladies! I had my NT/12 week appt tonight. Everything was amazing. We were able to see the baby jumping around and everything was just perfect. We are incredibly blessed. Just a question to throw out there....the heart rate was 156. The doctor said this was good. What is the average? I also was lent a fetal heart doppler from my sister. I tried it tonight and couldn't find the HB. Could it be too early or is there a trick to find it? Happy holidays everyone!!
