Everyone gets bonus checks at work except me 
It's based on overall performance for the year and I missed too many days for my brain surgery at an inconvenient time, so they don't think I deserve a Christmas bonus. They didn't even tell me. My coworkers were talking about how excited they were to have a couple hundred extra dollars, so I asked the store owner if I get a bonus and she never answered me. She had the manager call one of my coworkers to ask how I found out about it and that I don;t deserve one for the reasons I already said. She still hasn't answered me. I'm a great employee. I do my best every day and I can't help the fact I had to have brain surgery!!! I don;t know what to do. I just can't stop crying.
