For those of you doing BLW, is there a set amount of food you feed at each meal? Do you measure out how much in any way? Do you do a set amount of different food groups?
I keep giving the food to them until they've eaten it all or dropped it all or they get bored/fussy.
Eta: sorry, I didn't really answer your question. I try to look at what they're eating over a whole day - if they had fruit at breakfast, I do veggies at lunch. If they had grains at lunch, I won't give them more grains that day. If offering foods high in iron, I try to give them a vitamin C food alongside it so they absorb more iron. Otherwise, I don't really "plan" too much out, I just give them what I have on hand until it has run out or they get fussy.
