I had to give them up because I have zero equilibrium at this point (hit me super early). But I say, if it doesn't bother you, work the heels, girl! I miss mine
I'm still rocking heels but will probably stop soon. It just increases your chances of falling but some women are better in them than others. If it makes you feel good, rock them out.

I think it's the balance thing. I don't wear them often and probably will get to a point where I don't feel comfortable wearing them, but for now I am.
All I ever wear is heels and I tried wearing flats the last few weeks and they killed my feet!! Everyone, especially my mom, is freaking out too. I think I'll know when I need to stop and until then I'm rocking the heels!! Like PP said, I'm pregnant, not disabled!!
I wear heels everyday. I'm actually more comfortable in them than flats. (I have super high arches and my feet ache bad when I'm in flats.) I plan on wearing them until I seriously can't anymore.
Honestly, if they're not 6 inch stripper heals, go for it. I've been cutting back because I did call onece and my feet have been super sore. But, I think it would have happened even in flats.
I wore heels thru my entire pregnancy and never felt unsteady. Unrelated - my constant wearing of heels gave me some nerve damage in my left foot so I totally don't advocate them to anyone!
I've heard that you can get spider veins if you wear heels, but I totally think that is a myth. I wore heels until 20+ weeks and no spider veins. After that is was snowing and I didn't want to slip.
I wore them until the end with dd. I had to wear suits everyday and heels are the only thing that look good with them. I felt completely fine and comfortable and I was constantly walking outside, etc. I was a pharma rep.

Yeah, I think it's the balance thing... I would wear heels all the way to the end, but my boss made a huge deal of one of my coworkers wearing heels a few months ago when she was pregnant, and I just don't want to get into it with him. I'll stop wearing heels at work when I really start to show.

I'm getting married in 10 days and I'm wearing heels... So if you wanna wear heels, you go rock em girl! I think some women just get bad balance or swollen ankles, but everyone is different!
Went to a Christmas party last night in a brand new pair of heels and as soon as we get to the super nice restaurant my heel breaks! Didn't trip or anything. Just shifted my weight. Kinda made me feel bad, I mean I know I've been eating a lot of potatoes lately but really I only weigh 135!!! Lol all was good though. DF kept me balanced until we could sit! I love heels but I don't wear them on an everyday basis.
I have only stopped wearing mine because it is so icy everywhere and I nearly wipe out in my driveway every morning in flats, so heels are just a no for me right now. I think if you feel comfortable in them and your equilibrium isn't off yet, just wear 'em.
Btw, I bought these Aerosole wedges (4" +\-) not too high. Omg. They are like walking on clouds. Make my pseudo bump look cute as heck with my skinny jeans on... Even my hubbs says damn I look so cute. Hehe. ;;)
I wear them all the time. I am short and cheap so I refuse to hemn every single pair of pants I own. And I love them and all shoes. I told SO I was going to wear them into L&D with DD. He laughed and I didn't but that was mostly becuase I had DD in August and I live in flip flops in the summer when I am not at work. I am pretty sure I wore heels (at leaset 3 inches) until I was 36 weeks or so. Then I just stayed in flip flops but that was becuase it was easier to waddle in flip flops.
I'm really short and wore heels through most of my first pregnancy at work. I did stop towards the end because I did get sort of klutzy and didn't want to risk it. This time I'm home so....I'll be living in my uggs most of the winter.

Really, they're horrible for your feet and can cause serious foot problems.

So I'm rocking them, while I can, in moderation.

This time around I feel more comfy in flat boots.
