I let LO watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse while I tried to load the car. It didn't work. She still tried to help. I suppose it is a good thing that she wasn't glued to the tv.

I let DD cry herself to sleep twice this week. She hasn't been feeling well, thanks to my husband giving her his cold, but I knew she was exhausted. Hopefully she'll get back on track with DH and I being off work for the next two weeks.

I made sausage balls and fudge and brought some in to work for my team. I work at a big company so I can't just put them out in the kitchen or they'd be gone in .25 seconds, so they are sitting on my desk. Looks like I'm having sausage balls and fudge for lunch. I need this food to go away! Ah!

One of the ladies on my team made Christmas goodie bags for us and brought in Christmas earrings for me and the other girl on my team. I got candy canes and she got snow flakes. There were also Christmas trees to choose from. LOL.

As soon as we got these things, the other girl (also my friend) came down to my desk and we were laughing and threw them away. I sorta feel bad, but normally the gifter is a SUPER biotch so I did take a little enjoyment from it. I don't need her to kiss my ass for Christmas when she is rude to me the other 364 days a year.

ETA: we didn't throw everything away....just the hideous earrings.

Sammie is same way.. only thing she will watch is elmo you tube videos

My flame... I have absolutely no schedule for Sammie... she eats sleeps and does everything by cues... I am basically reacting to her every whim.. I will regret this soon.. I kinda already do

I've only pretended to work all day. 2hours and 35 minutes left to the work day and I have no intention of actually doing work. I also don't plan on doing work the three days I have to work in the next two weeks. It's so silly to make us work 2 days one week and 1 day the next week. Just make it all paid and close down shop for two weeks already.

It's no longer Friday either.
But I think I am going to try to find a proper sitter for January and February.
MIL is just too complainy about babysitting ONE day a week.
(She originally asked to babysit TWO days a week).

Once every month she adjusts her work days to accommodate my schedule, but doesn't stop complaining.
She agreed to it all before I returned to work...grrr.

I'll be going for maternity leave in early March, so I only need a sitter for 2 months...just have to find one and get it set up.
(Shouldn't be hard over Christmas, right?!?! Lol)
