Chapped lips

My lips have been sooo chapped lately. I'm drinking water and wearing chap stick but nothing is really helping. The rest of my skin has been dry so why not my lips I guess.

I'd like to take a dip in a tub full of body lotion!

    Mine have been too. It's annoying and I feel like I keep licking my lips all the time. I probably look like a weirdo

    I constantly have chapped lips - pregnant or not. It sucks.

    This!!! And COLD SORES!! I have had 2 rounds of cold sores since Thanksgiving!!! Soo annoying and ugly!!

    I swear by Burts Bees. I hate when my lips are dry. I constantly have on chapstick or lipgloss. And ever since I was a teenager, I always put on a thick coat of Burts before I go to bed every night. I can't sleep with dry lips!

    Mine too! Rosebud Salve is the only thing I've found that keep mine from cracking.

    Mine are not only chapped but looked ridiculous and flaky all the time. My hands are so dry that my knuckles are close to cracking. I feel like I need to be in a hydrated bubble to re-moisturize.

    DS #1 born January 2010. DS #2 due June 2014.

    Mine used to get so bad the corners of my mouth would split and I would get huge sores. I looked like a meth addict. I use neosporin LT when they get bad. When I was looking this up I saw that neosporin also has some other lip products now that look promising.

    Yes, my lips are always SO dry! I try to drink a lot of water to counter it, but it doesn't work. I hate winter :(

    I have had this stuff cuz I get chapped lips and cold sores.. Its not great.. It comes out white, and its hard to blend out clear, and smells and tastes weird. I much prefer carmex.

    Burts Bee original has been my saving grace! I told the family that getting some of that in my stocking would be awesome this year since I seem to have a tube everywhere-purse, nightstand, car, office...

    I have never really had chapped chapped lips until pregnancy. Super annoying. Nothing helps. I am hoping it will phase out before the third trimester. One can hope...

    My hands are so scaly, even after I put on lotion. I had been having trouble keeping water down so I stopped drinking it. I would mix it in with my juice but very minimal amounts. I thought this was why I was dry.

    My lips are typically chapped, but especially during pregnancy.  The increase in severity was one of my first symptoms before I knew I was pregnant. 

    Burt's Bees makes my lips burn (I think it is an allergy), but I love Nivea Vitamin Swirl and the old standby Cherry Chapstick (but my fiance usually sings the Katy Perry I Kissed a Girl song when I am putting it on, so I usually reach for the Nivea lol)

    Oh man, I was wrapping presents and stuck a piece of tape to my lip. Pulled it off and skin came with it. I've been using EOS

    My mom used to work with a lady who used her earwax as "Chapstick."

    Burt's Bees has been helping a little so I'll stick with that for now.

    @megzep lol, yes on the dry nipples! I've been moisturizing in the mornings.

    @TMH2013 Have you tried Bag Balm? It comes in a green tin container and works wonders. If you want something less Vaseline-ish but still pretty good for super dry hands, try Vaseline's deep moisture creamy formula hand cream. I keep that on my desk at work and it's a lifesaver.
