Period returning?

DD is 6 weeks tomorrow and I'm pretty sure I just started my period! WTF?? I was really hoping I'd be one of those EBFers that doesn't have to deal with AF, but even if it did return I wouldn't have expected it at 6 weeks. Ugh. Any body else in the same boat?

Ok thanks. Hoping it's not, but the cramps are making me think it is. Lucky my 6 week appointments is Monday.

I just read that post. Very strange about this 6 week bleed thing. Also a little disapointed the nurse from the OB office didn't mention that when I just talked to them

(I called to see if I could use a tampon...they said no)

I got mine a few days ago also but I'm FF and barely at 6 weeks PP.

I had the symptoms of a period at 6 weeks pp, cramping and such. TMI alert. It started off light with cramps the next day it was really heavy - like how it was in the hospital and gone the next day. I'm thinking it was just "leftover" lochia...... My MW said it could be my period but now I'm not sure. I guess ill just wait till next month to see if it was. I'm also EBF. I'm really hoping it's not my period - I really didn't miss having it.
