size two pampers?

So my little one just moved up to size two diapers. We have Huggies, Luvs and pampers all in size two from our diaper shower. I started with Huggies which fit fine and then opened some pampers and they are almost too small. I can hardly tell a differece between Pampers size one and two. Anyone else notice this with Pampers? Or maybe I have a defective box?

I have another whole box of Pampers size two and a box of Luvs size two that are not going to fit within a couple weeks. I don't want to open them to compare since I will probably need to exchange them which is probably going to be a PITA since they remodled Pampers recently.

I have Pampers Swaddlers in size 1 and one package in size 2. DD is still wearing size 1. I tried a size 2 on her and they are still too big. I definitely see a difference in size 1 and 2.

We are transitioning from swaddlers size 1 to swaddlers size 2 and I see a big difference. The 2s are really loose in the butt and the size 1 are starting to get tight around the waist

My DD is in pampers size 2. She was in the huggies size 1-2 but I couldn't find that size anywhere and just grabbed pampers in size 2 which fit bigger than the pampers size 1 and bigger than the 1-2 in huggies. I have a brand new box of huggies though in size 2 which I have not opened so I can't compare both of those yet.

Are they the same type of pampers (both swaddlers for example)?

I notice a difference. My DD is actually in size 3. She outgrew size 2 so fast. Shes probably about 13 lbs but they fit her fine.

This is the only thing I could think of as well. We have swaddlers in size 1 and 2 and there is definitely a very noticeable difference.

They are baby dry and I was using swaddlers so I guess that could be it.

I found the baby dry to fit bigger than the swaddlers. My little guy out grew size 2 swaddlers at around 12lbs and is comfortably wearing 2s at 14 lbs.

I guess I will just try to exchange the other box of baby dry and stick with Huggies for size two. I just thought it was really weird because usually when you move up a size the new size is huge at first.

Baby Drys look bigger than Swaddlers to me, but there is a huge difference between size 1 and 2 swaddlers. The characters on the swaddlers also "age up" as you move up, so the Elmo, Cookie Monster, etc in the size 2s look older than the ones on the size 1s.
