Hai Ladies!
I thought I needed to stop being a creepy lurker and introduce myself. I am Banker. I have been active on TTGP for longer than I would like to admit. I am starting birth control today for our first IVF in January
DH and I have been TTC since 03/2011. We have the diagnosis of unexplained infertility and have attempted 4 medicated cycles (IUI and TI) with less than desired results. A more detailed history is in my siggy in "The Making of Baby Banker" and then you can laugh at how often I don't have sex.

Me: 32, DH: 34 / TTC since February 2011 / SA: all normal, HSG: all clear! / on Lovenox for anticardiolipid antibodies
4 IUIs with Clomid, Letrozole, and Menopur. All BFN.
9/12: lap / hysteroscopy: found and removed mild endometriosis, cervical polyp, and 2 para-tubular cysts
5/13 IVF #1: Follistim, Menopur, Ganirelix, 10R/4M/4F, ET of 2, 5 cell and 4 cell, no frosties = BFN
12/13 IVF #2 = November / December 2013. Microdose Lupron Protocol: 15R/6M/6F, Froze all 6 due to high E2 and P4
FET 1: Jan 22, 2014 of one 4AB blast and one 3BB blast (3 blasts on ice!)
BFP on HPT 4dp5dt, Beta #1 9dp5dt: 310, Beta #2 11dp5dt: 899
First u/s on 2/17/14: TWINS!!!!! both w/HBs of 114 at 6w3d, HBs 150 and 152 at 7w5d
5/27/2014: Team purple!!!! EDD 10/10/2014 /

Metformin + Folgard+ Clomid+ Bravelle + TI +Prometrium (RE)
March 2013- 2 follicles- BFN
April 2013- 2 follicles- BFN
Oct 2013, IVF #1- fresh cycle cancelled due to increased progesterone
ER 11/7/2013- 20 retrieved, 19 mature, 14 fertilized naturally, 3 blasts frozen
FET #1- 12/6/13, 2 blasts xfered- BFN
FET #2- Cancelled while sitting in the waiting room... blast didn't survive thaw

September 2012: Start IF testing
DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA
October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos
November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
April 2015: FET #2.1

Seriously. DH asked the RE when we had our big IVF consult if/how often we can have sex. He wants it more but my vagina is not very roomy...hard to fit a peen and suppositories.
I seriously don't remember the last time DH and I had sex. We had to abstain the whole IVF cycle until beta and if beta was positive our RE said no sex for all of 1st tri!
My RE said that we could have sex when and if we wanted but it is going to hurt when I start stimming and we need to use condoms.
I can smell the latex now...

10/13 - IVF#1 w/ ICIS. ER= 10/29/13 (21R 10F 6 blasts made it to freeze)
11/25/13 - FET #1, transfer 2=bfn
03/03/14 - FET #2, transfer 2 frosties=BFP! beta#1=22, beta#2=43, beta#3=120. Ectopic Pregnancy 6w5d
07/31/14 - FET #3, transfer our last two.
We just went through our first IVF cycle this month- no sex (per RE) but DH can't complain, he has gotten many blow jobs. We will be cleared for the deed after seeing the heartbeat.
TTC since August 2011, Me = 40, DH = 38
Unexplained IF. Tried Clomid for 3 cycles. All BFNs. BFP 1/6/13. Chemical pregnancy.
Moving on to IVF#1. ER 11/26/13, 16 eggs retreived, 12 mature and all fertilized. 2 blasts transferred on 12/1. All other embies arrested so nothing left to freeze. Beta 12/10 = BFN. IVF #2 March 2014. BFP!!! TEAM BLUE!!!
6 rounds of clomid = no luck
IVF w/ ICSI & AZH #1 - Jan/2011 = ET cancelled OHSS
FET #1 & #2 - March/2011 & June/2011 = Chemical Preg.

As for sex.. my DH wants it EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. I am so freakin tired. I kinda hope the RE says we can't so I can get a break.

Jan/Feb 2014 IVF/ICSI #2 - Protocol: Estrogen priming, high doses Menopur and Bravelle (11 days), microdose lupron
Results: Cancelled after 11 days of stims due to low response and E2 levels
Feb 2014 IVF/ICSI #3 - Protocol: No prep, low dose Menopur (6 days), ganirelex, Bravelle booster with trigger
Results: 1 retrieved / 0 mature = Cancelled after ER
