Excess phlegm!

Does anyone else have the feeling of excess phlegm in their throat? My doctor says its acid reflux but I dont feel any heart burn.

    I dont puke it just sits there. I swallow and swallow and it doesnt go away! Its so annoying!

    I do too!!!  Usually night is the worst but during the day I do too just not as bad.  So annoying!!! I dont feel like I have acid reflux just phlegm sitting in my throat!!!

    Meeee! It's annoying. I'm constantly trying to swallow it but it never goes away. I want to say with DD it didn't stop until about 28-30 weeks.

    I sometimes feel its not even phlegm because I cant cough it up! Any idea what else it could be?

    I have it bad.  My mom laughs at me whenever we're together because we'll just be walking along and all of a sudden I hawk a huge loogie on the ground like a disgusting old man, but I can't help it!  My Mayo Clinic "Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy" book, which I love, just says it's normal to get sinusitis during pregnancy.  Especially in the 2nd tri, the nasal passages swell due to excess blood and hormones and the excess mucus builds up.  I've also been getting nose bleeds, same explination.

    Oh yes, I have excess phlegm! It drives me nuts! During the day at work I'll go into the bathroom and hope no one else is in there so I can spit some out. I sound like I'm throwing up but it's just phlegm. So attractive!
