S/O teeth...

Do those that have LO's with teeth brush them yet? And if so, when?
After meals? Before bed?

I have a little toothbrush that says 6 months on it and I tried it today with just cold water.

I mean she's obviously not eating candy or anything but I'm not sure when I'm supposed to start?

    DD has 8 teeth and I'm just using a finger toothbrush. I usually do it in the morning and at night. I am probably switching to her baby soft tooth brush soon.

    I've heard that you should start early to get them used to it. Not necessarily brushing, but just gently rubbing their teeth and gums. I've also seen little "toothbrushes" that you wear on your fingertip. Not really a brush, but more of a textured...thing... I dunno how to describe it. Lol.

    @shantxtell I had read to only use water for the first year or so...but after that, I'll switch to straight peroxide. 

    @mishy2006 I can't see myself doing it that often either! Especially since lately she is up feeding every 2 hours in the night. There will be no MOTN teeth brushing! haha 

    @jayro10 I know exactly what you're talking about. I think I have one actually that I got free in a goody bag I got at my 3D u/s.  I'm going to dig it out!

    Our pedi said to use a wash cloth to wipe her teeth and massage her gums until she's got more teeth...
