no walking here either-- she doesn't even stand by herself yet. Just cruises and can walk with her push toy, but isn't that interested. I'm in no rush so don't do anything to "encourage walking", but I imagine having your LO practice standing and walking while holing on to you would help them strengthen those muscles and develop balance. But IMO, no need to rush it, they'll get there when they get there.
DS is a late November baby (11/30) and not walking. He'll cruise around holding onto furniture or walk along pushing a toy, but he does not walk independently. He is fine, and the doctor said everything is developmentally normal.
