PSA: back pain? come on in!

So some may remember from Sunday night when I went to L&D cause of my back pain. They told me to use heating pads to help releive the tension. Well after one day at work struggling to keep a heating pad in place, i decided to go to walgreens and grab some of those ThermaCare heat wraps. Heaven! They do not take everything away, but they definately help a BUNCH! By the end of work i am still hurting, but not a bad or as soon in the day i was. Hope this helps someone!

  • Good tip! I also love Icy hot that you put on like roll on deodorant. It has no smell and I like the cold for a while and then warm. I'm using it on my always sore neck and shoulders, not so much low back. OB approved it from the very beginning.

  • Those are amazing! I used to get horrible menstrual cramps and lower back pain, so I'd use those all the time. Didn't think about them for pregnancy pains.

  • Ohh, I love those. I should go pick some up, both DH and I could use them at this point.

  • Good tip! I am currently laying on a heating pad now and it does nothing for me. Is 11pm too late to ask DH to go on a Walgreen's run? ;)
