Intro and Hypnobabies question

Hello! I've been lurking some and gaining information but I thought I'd say hi and ask my own question:). I'm currently almost half way with baby #2. I planned on an epi free first birth which didn't happen, so that along with other reasons has led me to plan a home birth with MW using hypnobabies.

My question was when did you start practicing hypnobabies? My mw suggested earlier was better so I had lots of time to practice and make the process instinctive. But how early is early? I was thinking of around 25 weeks, but was looking for personal experience.

    I started at 30 weeks and that was plenty of time for me. You can start earlier if you would like but I felt if I started too early I may become lax in my review. however you could start that early and devote 2 weeks to each section. If I were starting that early that's what I would do. GL and very excited for you! I loved it.

    Opps, forgot to add that yes, I was planning on two weeks for each. I know I can't do every single night, as I have classes one night, and am often busy at least one to two other nights a week.  

    Good to hear even more good things about it!

    I too am going to do Hypnobabies. I signed up for my class and start Jan 8th. I will only be 24weeks... but my options with instructors even somewhat close to me were very limited ... so 24 weeks it is! I have already received my first 2 hypnosis CD's & try to do them 1 each night. I think as long as you stay on it, you will be good!
