Several small, but negative things happened in my life within last two week that have really put me down and I am feeling bitter and blue. That is not how I want to feel during Holidays. I want to get in to the more happy holiday spirit.

So if you have some happy news, or a nice touching story or may be some funny-cute thing your baby did recently? Let's share the joy

I'm not sure if you saw it or not, but there was an orphan who boldly asked a church congregation to consider adopting him. He is spending his Christmas with what may be his new forever family. Story here

Oh, I have another. My church is helping over 1,000 kids in our area and around the state (we have 9 locations) to have Christmas with an angel tree type thing. They're doing a big Christmas gathering with food and presents. Some of the bags weren't returned and one of my friends posted about it yesterday. MH saw it on Facebook was so upset thinking about these kids showing up to this program and not getting anything. She came to his office yesterday so he could give her money for one of the kid's gifts. His coworkers saw him meeting some random girl and when they teased it about it, he told them what he was doing. They adopted the rest of the kids, so every kid that shows up with have a warm meal and lots of presents!

LO has a sleep sheep in her crib. In the past she has never paid attention to it but in the last two weeks she has started giving it a hug in the morning before she lets me pick her up from the crib. It is really cute.

I started following a blogger over two years ago when someone shared one of her posts about her struggles with infertility and it really hit home. A few months ago she and her husband shared they'd be starting the adoption process. Well it all has gone so quickly for them...they've raised all but $5K of the money they'll need, AND she announced this week they're on the list for potentially being parents of boy/girl TWINS! The birth mother makes her decision within two weeks. I really really hope this works out for them!

Thank you for sharing this. I was reading the latest post crying and now I'm crying laughing at her dance. I love her.
