Play food

What sets of play food do you have and like for your LO?  I was originally looking at the Melissa and Doug sets since they are wood and look to be good quality. But on second thought they might not be age appropriate for my LO's as they still like to chew on things and a certain someone likes to chuck things at his sister.  Any other good sets out there?

We have one like this -

He likes to try and "cut" the veggies, but mostly he pulls them apart.

  • @hijinx I was looking at the reviews for that set but I'm worried about the ones that say they get crushed easily.  I like the variety of items though. We have the veggie and fruit sets from Ikea,  and I see online they have other sets too so maybe we'll make the trip to see what else they have.
  • We bought one at costco.  It has 41 pieces including 3 baskets and was $20ish.  Haven't given it to her yet b/c it is a Christmas present, so no true review of the quality.  However, the gym daycare has a similar set and it is holding up well.

My sister picked this up for DD for Christmas too.
