Hi ladies,
I have been lurking for about a month and have responded on a few threads but thought I should "introduce" myself ![]()
My name is Pejay, I live in Texas. I am preggo with DD#2 and DD#1 is 17 months old. DD#1 was breached so we c-sectioned and will do so again with this one ~ currently scheduled for 1/20. Overall I have been blessed with 2 great pregnancies and definitely don't want to complain however this one just seems far more exhausting than the last. haha-it may be that I have a toddler to chase around this time!
I never thought I would want a winter baby because maternity leave in the Spring/Summer seems far more fun than the winter (who wants to brave the cold, rain, & snow with a newborn?!). But...I must admit I am really enjoying the clothing options and the temperature a lot better with a winter baby!
I feel like I won't make it to 1/20 with this one - no reason why just a feeling but I hope I do so her birthday can be as far separated from Christmas as possible-hopefully she wont get "lumped".
Anyways, thanks for providing me with both entertainment and useful information. Let me know if you have any questions; I am happy to answer.

@Sarajo430 - thanks and welcome to you too! I think we all know you will win that one
Good luck next Thursday; you will do great.
@sugarland726 - thanks and touché! My winter is a wimp compared to yours - DD#1 was a summer baby in TX heat so really this 100% beats that! And, for what it is worth: I didn't buy myself a maternity winter coat so until a week or so ago was squeezing my poor baby bump into a non maternity jacket and have finally conceded I am too large to do so but at this point am also refusing to buy one because I don't think I will get my money's worth out of it. I also have given in to my Ugg's as they are slip on's because there is no way I could lace anything up either
DH pries them off my swollen feet at the end of the day. haha
Oh and I totally didn't buy a maternity coat either. So expensive, even though I'd use it every day. I'm just squeezing my fat ass into my old pea coat. I already didn't button the bottom button, and now I have to sew on the top button again.
