When did you start? How often?

Went to my MFM doc today they want me to start NSTs in 2 weeks twice a week. Is that normal?

I started mine at 35 weeks and would go once a week for them. I was just seeing an OB though.

That sounds about right ....thats when I started with my singleton.

I think my OB said 32 weeks. I have a clotting disorder and am on blood thinners so that might be affecting the timing too. I would have had 2x/week starting at 36 weeks with a singleton.

33w and they were twice weekly. BPP with one of them weekly.

I started at 34 weeks and went twice a week. I had di/di girls. No other complications.
You know, except there being two...

I should add that my twins are di/di and no complications so far (at 28 weeks now).

my twins are mono-di. i started 2x weekly at 32 weeks and will deliver at 36 weeks so will have them up until then.

I had my first one yesterday at 32 weeks (di-di). I get my next one in two weeks...not sure of the frequency after that though. Wow, it looks like most people are getting them TWICE a week?

I had a SCH bleed at 21 weeks but it's now gone and have had no other compilations. 8 NSTs a month starting a 28 weeks seems like a lot. Ill call my OB and see what he says about it!

I had them with my singleton but not with my twins. I started them around 30 weeks with my singleton and was doing them twice each week up until the week before delivery.
