Hello there,

I just wanted to introduce myself.  My name is Sara.  I am 29 years old.  I have been TTC for just over 3 years.  I have been on some unmonitored rounds of clomid early on (before I knew better) and a laporoscopy to try to manage my PCOS, which I was diagnosed with when I was 18.  I then went to an herbalist to try and heal my body.  I have just started seeing a specialist. I am hoping to get some answers soon.

I have been lurking for quite some time and hope that I can join you all.  

I wish everyone much success and that our time here ends soon.

    Hi, I am new too! I wish you a very short but happy stay.
    Me:28 DH:32 TTC#1 since 10/2012 
    D3 Blood work: Normal, D21 Blood work: 11.5 
    Me DX: Lutheal Phase Defect, Late ovulation, often several months with no ovulation, and thick uterine lining (15mm, CD 14) that keeps coming back and no medication has worked to keep it the size they want. 
    6 months of rotating cycles of BC: all BFN (it did restart my system for a total of 3 months) 
    1 cycle prometrium: BFN
    1st clomid cycle combined with prometirum: still waiting to test, no mature eggs at cd14 
    2nd Clomid Cycle: thick lining on CD 14 (15 mm) 2 huge eggs 25 mm and 30 mm (both on left side)
    3rd Clomid Cycle: Lining Still tick at 15 mm. Three eggs (one on right side at 13 mm and two on left side at 23 mm and 25 mm) 
    last cycle of clomid. Waiting on RE

    strugglingsara .  Sorry that you're here with us.  Welcome to the group.  I'm a noob too.  The women here are great.
    Married on October 20, 2012.  Began trying in January 2013.
    RE appointment & testing December 2013 - February 2014= Unexplained IF, possible endometriosis
    IUI#1- March 22 (100mg clomid, 75 mg of Bravelle, Ovidrel trigger) = BFP!!!

    BFP #1 2/28/13, Ectopic, Tubal surgery 3/25 
    Began RE testing 8/8, Dx Unexplained, 
    IUI #1 11/1=BFN Moving on to IVF 
    IVF #1 12/2 ER 8R 7M 4 fertilized
    12/7 Transferred 2 "perfect" little blasts 12/17 BFN
    New DX= DOR, I fu*kng hate IF
    1/14 Hysteroscopy, new clean uterus!
    IVF #2: bcp, Lupron, follistim 300, menopur 225. 2/21 8R 4M 3F. 3dt of 2 perfect embryos. 1 little penguin 
     3/10 BFFN
    Regrouping. Seeing reproductive immunologist Dr. Kwak Kim 6/10 
    Kwak Kim protocol: Metformin 1000mg, vitamin D 4000iu, vitamin E 400iu, baby aspirin, Metanx, levothyroxine 75mcgs 
     Surprise BFP 9/21!!! Beta #1 247, Beta #2 630. Miscarried 10/13

    Me-30 DH-34
    2002- Diagnosed with PCOS at 18
    10/11-10/12 - tried to conceive naturally with Metformin, due to PCOS never had a cycle
    10/12-12/12 3 cycles of Clomid - fail
    6/13- 1st cycle on Clomid 50mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel- BFN
    7/13 2nd cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel 1st IUI - BFN
    8/13 3rd cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel 2nd IUI - BFN
    9/13 4th cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel - Benched with Cysts
    From 12/13 to current I have ovulated 4 times naturally
    Currently on break to get healthy.... 35 pounds down, 13 to go!

    Me 32 :: DH 41

     TTC since November, 2011

    DH's SA : Excellent

    Lap and Hysteroscopy June 2012

    DX: PCOS, Stage III Endo, slight Adenomyosis, blocked tube, and probable LPD

    Treatments:  6 Months Lupron Depot injections; 1500 mg metformin; 3 cycles of Clomid + TI = BFN

    3 endometrial biopsies all were "out of phase" 

    September - December, 2013:  Break to lose weight and get healthy

    40 lb weight loss but still not ovulating "in phase"  

    February - March 2014: bcps + follistim + trigger + TI = BFP

     Beta #1 (12dpo): 30; Beta #2 (18dpo): 500; Beta #3 (25dpo): 7,000!!! 

    1st u/s 4/16: One beautiful hb at 144 bmp 

    2nd u/s 4/29: hb at 166 bmp.  Graduated from RE!!

    Baby girl arrived on Thanksgiving day weighing 7lbs 6oz and measuring 20 inches

    Dx - Annovulatory; PCOS-IR

    8/2013 - First consult with RE
    9/2013 - HSG, SHG both clear; SA normal
    Oct 2013 - Jan 2014 - Clomid + Trigger + IUI #1-3 = BFN's
    Feb 2014 - Femara + Trigger + IUI #4 = BFP!!!!!
    Beta #1 - 3/2/14 (15dpo) - 123
    Beta #2 - 3/4/14 (17dpo) - 378
    1st ultrasound - 3/21/14 - 1 little ninja, heartbeat - 120bpm
    Due November 7, 2014

    Me 29 DH 30 Unexplained IF TTC since wedding May 2012. IUI #1 11/5/13-BFN.  IUI #2 12/5/13-BFN. IUI #3-12/30/14. All three with Femara CD 3-7 and Ovidrel trigger. +HPT 1/13/14 First +ever!!! Beta #1 195 Beta #2 1/15-533. Ultrasound on 2/4 showed one bean. EDD 9/22/14. Team Green turned Team Blue-Baby Conner arrived on 9/19/14.

    Me:35, blocked left tube, RPL, AMA  DH: 34, low morph & borderline count
    TTC since 8/2012
    1st ever BFP 11/4/13 - CP 11/6 @ 4w4d
    12/2013: 50 mg Clomid + trigger + IUI TI + progesterone = BFN (all follies on left side)
    1/2014: 50 mg Clomid + trigger + IUI #1 + progesterone = BFP!
    Beta #1 14 dpIUI = 51 Beta #2 16 dpIUI = 144 Beta #3 19 dpIUI = 354
    U/S @ 6w1d = empty gestational sac. Heartbroken :( D&C 2/22/14

    6/2014: Clomid + ASA 81 mg + trigger + IUI #2 + progesterone = BFN
    7/2014: Clomid + ASA + trigger + IUI #3 + progesterone = CP

    Me-39, HSG 2/13- clear. DS-IUI #1-3/13,300iu Menopur 12 days,3 days Cetrotide, Ovidrel Trigger-BFN. IUI #2 06/13, BFP EDD: 02/22/14 m/c (cp), IUI #3- BFP EDD: 5/17/14 m/c 09/13. Blood work/RPL panel- nk cell/MTHFR mutation- negative. Blood work all good. Unexplained reason for m/c. IUI #4 BFP m/c (cp) 10/13. IUI #5- 12/13 Cancelled. No response. (1)follicle. IUI #5.1- 2/14. IVF Bound

    Welcome!  I am sorry that you find yourself here but this is a great place to come for information and support and everyone here is very helpful and friendly.  Ask questions and read posts and answers as much as you can, it's a great way to start understanding the whole process. 

    Hopefully you will be moving forward soon!  Good luck and baby dust your way!

    TTC Since October 2012.  I’m 27 and DH is 30

    DH: 4 SAs, all came back normal, blood testing 6/13-9/13 all normal

    Me: 03/13 irregular cycles, hypothyroidism diagnosis

         3/13 full blood panel showed normal results except thyroid

         5/13 regulated hypothyroidism, regular cycles again

         6/13 day 21-24 blood testing came back normal

         6/13-9/13 DH testing with Urologist- normal

         11/13 ultrasounds and full hormonal blood panel were normal

         12/13 OB consult, day 3 blood tests and HSG ordered

         01/14 HSG results normal, day 3 blood tests are normal

    Just hoping that AF will back off and give me a chance to take a pregnancy test! All are Welcome!!
