Question for teachers

What Christmas presents do like the most from your students? The parents chipped in for class gifts for teacher and assistant but I wanted to get something else. Suggestions?

    I like gift cards, or other little things the kids make.

    I honestly like anything! Homemade gifts that the kids participated in are thoughtful, and so are homemade food goodies! If you don't have time to make anything, little gift cards to Starbucks, or local food boutiques ($5) are really nice as well!

    I was a daycare teacher and I always loved the giftcards to Target, Starbucks, etc. There is such a thing as too much candy, lotions and picture frames.

    I love gift cards to Starbucks, Dunkin, or spa GC for a mani or pedi, and GC to a restaurant for a dinner out.  I have taught HS in an inner city for the past 5 years so I have received a total of 2 candles, and a few cards(from my fav students!).  This is my first year teaching 8th grade and I already received a Starbucks GC and cookies.  
    My mom works at an elementary school as a para and a daycare.  She always comes home with DD GC, Starbucks GC, chocolate, Target GC,  restaurant GC, and always a GC for a mani!  Most of which I have reaped the benefits of for the last 8 years :)
