Nipple flow help

DD is 2 weeks and needs to be on spit up formula. This is much thicker and I am having a hard time finding a bottle and nipple that works and doesn't clog. I have tried several different ones and haven't found anything. Today I tried avent level 3 and it still was clogging. Anyone know what nipple or bottle might work? Thanks!

Which formula are you on? We use the dr browns nipples with sinilac alimentum and haven't had any issues. Lo is 4 months and just moved up to level 2.
