Tuesday Snow day!!!

This is becoming a trend. We have another snow day today. Just had one last Tuesday.

We got 6-8 in of snow on Sat. Now another 2-4.

I actually would have liked to of gone to school today. It is the last week before winter break. So much fun stuff going on!!!

Anyone else have a snow day??

Lucky! We got about 2 inches overnight but the roads were surprisingly clear this morning. I am so sick of the snow already.

Our snow started early. Hubby went to work and said roads are already slick at 6:30. I wanted to go to the store to get butter but guess not. Not risking it.

Where do you live? Exact same weather here (in New Haven, CT). Wouldn't be so bad except that I'm supposed to give my last final exam of the semester at 12:45...just waiting to see if it's cancelled...which would be somewhat unfun.

I am in NY about 45 mins from you. I work in Westchester but live in Dutchess County. Right next to 84

It's been snowing here in Wisconsin almost everyday, you guys are getting the storms that hit here first! We haven't gotten as much snow here but it was -27 here last week or so and school was still on! I will never get over the fact that it has to be -34 w/c to cancel school, especially since we are a walkers only school. Craziness!

Oh man crazy!!!! Our school takes a bit to close. Private school so they can do what they want. Usually they see what other schools are closed since those districts bus the kids to our school.

I am not used to snow days. When I worked at the animal hospital we never closed!!!

If by snow day you mean it snows a lot and the roads are a mess but nothing gets closed then yes, we're having a very festive snow day.

It takes a LOT of snow to cancel anything around here.

Lol. Oh the roads are bad here. Roads are even closed due to some accidents. Very slippery.

I'm waiting and hoping to go home early, but at this point I doubt it. Sad. At the very least, I was planning to work late and will not be doing that now! I live just outside Boston, so this weekend was messy. Hoping by tomorrow morning the worst is gone, as I doubt I'll get to stay home.
