This check-in is not necessarily exercise-related - I know a lot of us are trying to eat healthier and give up bad habits thanks to the motivation of pregnancy/new baby, so any kind of getting healthy is welcome here!
What did you do last week? 
What do you have planned for this week? 
What is your goal? 
QOTW: Since it's coming up (at an alarming rate) - do you make New Year resolutions?

22 weeks for @tttwalters - Awesome job on the weight loss and congratulations on being our new leader!!

    last week I ran a ton and loved it, and have continued with abs and squats. thank you @kdc2007. I also successfully did up a pair of my jeans!!!

    This week more running and I am focusing on limiting my chocolate intake. 

    my goal is this last little bit of weight. I read this thing in a magazine that said "athletes train and eat they dont excercise and diet." this made me really think about food and my preception of it.  

    I dont typically do resolutions, and I hate the gym in january and february! too busy.

  • last week- met the trainer, had good ideas.. total douche though. lol. My H's current schedule is making it impossible to get to the gym. So, I started back up with my Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. Half hour workouts, weight training, and starts off really low impact so it's easy for me to modify.

    this week- more Jillian and try to be strict with my diet

    my goal- Get this stupid fracture healed up. I miss running so much it's killing me.

    resolution- I agree with @tttwalters gym at the beginning of the year is awful. I don't usually do resolutions either, but I turn 30 in May and I want to feel good again about how I look. 30 and hott is what I want. lol
  • I'm off to they gym in a bit now that DH is home. I thought having him home would cramp my day, but he's really ready to help out and supports my fitness goals (along with helping out with the baby)!

    I hope to still lose the last 10 or so pounds but at this point I'm more concerned about toning up.

    No New Years resolution for me.  I hope and wish for another successful year of marriage and good health each year.

  • Last week I lost two more pounds with 6 days of turbofire!

    This week is the hardest week of all. It's really challenging but the workouts are getting easier to complete and fun. I love jumping again! I used to dread tuck jumps and squat jumps but I feel myself getting higher off the ground and it's awesome!

    Goal is to tighten up my tummy area. Te pounds are gone now, but my middle is saggy and ugly.

    New Years resolution is to keep my weight under control and spend more time with my husband.

  • Last week: decent on food control. I didn't work out though. I had the unexpected curveballs of finding a lump and needing an ultrasound on my breast and getting in a car accident in addition to a million Xmas errands. Since lump was fine and we weren't hurt in the accident I'm going to just say I had a good health week workouts or not. I actually lost 3 pounds and am pumping way more so maybe my body needed an exercise break?

    Next week: keep diet in check. Do squats and abs and arms when I can squeeze it in. @kdc2007 I am in!

    Goal: was regular pants by Xmas. Not sure I'll make it but I'll get some pants out to try I guess!

    Resolution: hmmm maybe 5 servings of fruits or veggies a day? When I was my healthiest I stuck by that for a long time. I should do that again.

  • What did you do last week? a few walks. I got sick on Saturday and have been sick since so I don't see a lot of exercising in my future.
    What do you have planned for this week? Not a lot, I have a terrible cough and my chest hurts! :-(
    What is your goal? Get in shape, drink more water
