We followed the eat, wake, sleep schedule with DD (that was 3 1/2 years ago). My twins are 12 days old and I'm wondering when to start this again with them. Right now its super hard even to get the to wake up to eat, so keeping them awake after feeding seems almost impossible at the moment. When did you start this type of schedule with your twins?
DH went back to work today so I'm trying to figure out some sort of schedule.

Re: Those who do EASY or eat, wake, sleep.
3/22 ER: 25R, 20M, 15F. 9 genetically normal, and 3 survived to Day 5
3/27 ET: transferred 1 embryo, beta 9dp5dt=163, 12dp5dt=639
4/25 1st ultrasound at 7 weeks = identical twins with heartbeats?!!!
I logged all of their feedings for the first three months to look for patterns of eating. I tandem BF and for better or worse, it's really hard to get both babies off me and keep them asleep. So they ended up waking up after eating and that just became a habit.
But nothing even came close to resembling a schedule until after 3mo.
I don't think you're doing anything wrong at all! The boy I nannied was on a wake, play, eat, sleep schedule: his bottle always came immediately before his nap (Granted, not mine, but still relative to the question). I think it's like a nap on Thanksgiving, where after a full belly, all anyone wants to do is nap.
