  I would, just as a precaution. It's prob normal unless it's really really painful, but doesn't hurt to check with dr. I get vaginal/pelvic cramping after I'm active or on my feet a lot.

  Lol, I love the lady garden comment!  Does it feel like lightening/shooting?  Not painful just kind of shocking?  That's a thing that happens... It shocked me so bad when i was at work I jumped out of my chair.
