    What is your favourite thing about winter/the holiday season? Being with family. 

    Do you get snow where you live? Yes. Currently we have a few inches and are expecting more this weekend. 

    What is on your Christmas list this year? Or what was on your Chanukah gift list this year? I asked for a new sewing machine and an dutch oven. I get real exciting at Christmas time. :-) 

    Do you have a special gift planned for your SO? We are moving out to a farm, so I am surprising him with a shotgun to have just in case we need it for anything.

    Time with family and all of the fun decorations and traditions.

    Do you get snow where you live?
    No, thankfully! I have only lived with snow for 3 winters of my life and I did not enjoy it!

    What is on your Christmas list this year? Or what was on your Chanukah gift list this year?
    Nothing really. DH and I both got new phones last month - an early Christmas gift.

    Me: 32 DH: 33  High School Sweethearts  Married 5/28/2005
    DS1 born 6/5/10 at 40 weeks via emergency c-section due to fetal distress and IUGR caused by placental insufficiency
    DS2 born still 8/28/13 at 32 weeks via emergency c-section due to a complete placental abruption - cause unknown
    Baby #3 on the way, EDD 2/29/16.  Originally twins, but we said goodbye to Baby B at 8 weeks.

    What is your favourite thing about winter/the holiday season?
    The cool weather.  It gets so hot here for most of the year. It's a nice reprieve.

    Do you get snow where you live?
    Not really. The last time we really had snow was 3 years ago when DD was a baby. We got iced in for a whole week.

    What is on your Christmas list this year? Or what was on your Chanukah gift list this year?
    I just want to have a nice quiet time off. We don't really exchange gifts between me and DH.

    Do you have a special gift planned for your SO?
    We don't really exchange gifts. Just fun stocking stuffers.

    What is your favourite thing about winter/the holiday season?
    I love the cold weather and all the family coming together for the holidays. It is my favorite time of year.

    Do you get snow where you live?
    Yes, and I'm so excited! We don't get a lot of snow, but there is some. That is the perfect amount for me. This is my first year to live somewhere that gets snow in the winter. I am completely captivated by it. 

    What is on your Christmas list this year? Or what was on your Chanukah gift list this year?
    Not much really. I couldn't think of anything I wanted except a new cutting board and some home decoration stuff. My list sure isn't as interesting as it used to be. Although, having a hard time coming up with things you want isn't really something to complain about. 

    Do you have a special gift planned for your SO?
    Yes! I'm so excited to give him his dog tag with Parker's information on it. I think he'll really like it.

    What is your favourite thing about winter/the holiday season?
    I'm not a fan of winter. I hate the cold and I don't really like snow much. And during the holiday season I used to look forward to being with extended family. But after losing my babies I really just want to be alone with my husband and dog.

    Do you get snow where you live?
    Yes we get tons of snow in Jersey. During this current snow storm we got at least a foot and a half here in the mountains.

    What is on your Christmas list this year? Or what was on your Chanukah gift list this year?
    I really want a sapphire ring. Sapphire is Domenik's birth stone and I'd like his name and birthday engraved on it. And I received my second gift on my list already... My marriage certificate!

    What is your favourite thing about winter/the holiday season? My favorite thing about winter is the clothes. I love all the sweaters, boots and tights. I enjoy the ability to cuddle :) . These last two holiday seasons I have really just been going thru the motions. However I do like family getting together and food. Do you get snow where you live? I live in southern VA so we may get a dusting and when it happen people loose all their mind. With me being from Chicago and my husband from New York we don't pay it any attention because we know what real snow is. What is on your Christmas list this year? Or what was on your Chanukah gift list this year? The biggest thing I had in my list probably is the same as the rest of you ladies and that was our baby girl. I have asked for a MacBook (wish), Michael Kors bag, perfume , Reebok Dunks, perfume, Victoria Secret gift card. Do you have a special gift planned for your SO? My husband is a techie and all he wanted was a Nest smoke and carbon detector. It's similar to our thermostat that allows you to use you smartphone to monitor your thermostat and it doesn't require you to fan at it if it goes off. Crazy I know?! But that's what he wanted and that is what he is getting . For his birthday in February ill get him a Samsung Galaxy Tablet 3 though.

    My fave thing about the holiday season (or generally just cold weather) is drinking hot chocolate, Christmas lights and eating comfort food. I have a great relationship with food lol.

    It does snow where we live-Chicago. The past 2 or 3 winters have treated us fairly decent, but this winter we are having more snow than recent winters. I suppose we were due.

    I think like everyone here, I wish I still had my babies. They would not have been born yet, but I miss the hope and anticipation I once felt. I really am not doing presents this year, nor did we put up our tree. We got each other a gift, and because we are 2 dufusses that can't wait till Christmas to do gifts, we gave them to each other already. I got him a big computer monitor, its bigger than our bedroom tv. and he got me a tassimo, which I use every day and can't stop talking about lol. Not only are finances tight this year cause of the hospital bill, but also we are lacking the spirit of the holiday itself, and therefore hope no one gets us presents this year.
    On 10/23/13 Baby Sophie and Baby Gabriel born at 21+5 weeks. They grew wings and flew away from us. May God bless them always. We love you beans!
