Me-39, HSG 2/13- clear. DS-IUI #1-3/13,300iu Menopur 12 days,3 days Cetrotide, Ovidrel Trigger-BFN. IUI #2 06/13, BFP EDD: 02/22/14 m/c (cp), IUI #3- BFP EDD: 5/17/14 m/c 09/13. Blood work/RPL panel- nk cell/MTHFR mutation- negative. Blood work all good. Unexplained reason for m/c. IUI #4 BFP m/c (cp) 10/13. IUI #5- 12/13 Cancelled. No response. (1)follicle. IUI #5.1- 2/14. IVF Bound

Well I am on day 4 of stims. My RE has me on max stims- 450 iu Menopur. Along with the high stims comes big headache. I am just a little disappointed in this cycle already. In comparison to my last three cycles, my E2 level is the lowest it has ever been. Usually by day 3, blood E2 level is in the 100's almost 200. Today it is only 28. Hopefully I will only have to stim for 8 or 9 days.
Anyone else just starting stims? RE thinks I should also consider DE. She will continue with IUI's as long as I want, but if I can't get one little one to stick, she thinks I am wasting my $. But the ladder choice here is a whole heck of a lot more $. That's to much to think about. This cycle has to work.
