Playgroup gifts

So LO and I have been going to a weekly playgroup for the last 2-3 months with 7 other babies. Tomorrow is our last playgroup before Christmas and I thought it would be nice/fun to have my LO get all his little 'friends' a nice little gift. I was planning on making little embroidered bibs for each of the babies, but I got sick this past weekend so bibs are not going to happen.

Anyone have any ideas for cute, inexpensive and easy little DIY baby gifts? The kids vary in age from 9 months to 4 months, and I don't want anything to Christmasy as 2 of the mommies are Jewish (they are cool with getting little gifts though). I thought about hitting the Target Dollar Spot, but I know most of the moms shop there regularly. I'll have to make it tonight, so easy is key.

I would bake something like a teething cracker or cookie type thing. But I love to bake. It would be cheap, easy, and thoughtful.
