This week is pretty busy, so not much. Last night we did big salads with chicken in a lame attempt to sneak in some health. Tonight DH has a few guys coming over for a working dinner, so I made up a nice meat/cheese/fruit platter and pizza. Tomorrow and Thursday it us just me and DS, and I have some Italian chicken sausage on the fridge, so maybe some type of pasta. Wednesday night is chicken cordon blue and buttercup squash, roasted.
I split cooking duties with my parents for the time being so last night it was my night, brown sugar balsamic glazed pork in the crock pot with risotto, and some other night I'm going to make pulled BBQ chicken in the crock pot. Outside of that, I have no clue.
