First Ultrasound

in Pregnant after IF
The results of our first ultrasound are in and there are TWO clearly defined sacks with yolks snuggling in. We go back next Monday for another ultrasound where they expect to see the heartbeats. I'm freaking out a little bit right now, it just seems like so much to process and yet at the same time I'm ecstatic. Someone please tell me to calm down and breathe.

ET 11/29/13 ~ Transferred 2 beautiful hatching blasts, 5 frosties

12/5/13 -  BFP!!! Beta #1 (12/7/13) - 189  Beta #2 (12/9/13) - 401 Beta #3 5871

12/16/13 U/S #1 - TWINS!! EDD - August 16, 2014 ~ 7/19/14 - Our beautiful baby girls joined the world!

    Calm down and breathe :-) I have to constantly remind myself everything will be okay, If I don't I will go crazy. I am also expecting two little ones and saw their heartbeats last week. This week I go back back to make sure they're still going strong. It's a very scary feeling! Just breathe, right?

    Congratulations! That's so exciting! :) Try to relax and take your mind off of it for awhile - keep yourself busy with other things (I know, easier said than done). :)

    Congrats x 2! When I am most stressed, the thought of only having to get through one day at a time always helps. Try to think of it in small doses like that and it won't feel so overwhelming, hopefully!

    Me: 42. DH: 46.

    1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.

    2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.

    3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.

    4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.

    5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.

    Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN.  After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.

    August 16, 2013:  BFP our first month of "not trying!"  Still in shock.  Beta #1 (14dpo): 183.  Beta #2 (17dpo):  611.  Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm! 
    Ultrasound 9/13/13:  8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
    Baby is due 4/26/14

    Huge congrats!  I'm expecting 2 as well, and the first few weeks were the scariest.  I was sooo paranoid.  But, everything looks great and both of my b/g twins are doing fine - yours will, too.  Just try not to worry, and keep as much food down as you can manage!
