When Do You Feel The Worst? (Clicky)

For the first couple of weeks the evenings were pretty rough for me. But as of lately mornings are very difficult. I start work at 8:30 and by 10 o'clock I need a nap. In between I'm nauseous or extremly hungry or both. And by the time I get home at 6 pm all I want is dinner and my bed. What about you?

  • About 2p I desperately need a nap and get kinda weepy at the same time. It lifts about 6p.
  • Definitely mornings are the worst for me :/
  • Yea, I need a nap around 1-2pm, sometimes I will, sometimes I won't.  Just depends.  But yes, because it's the holiday season, I'm the closer at work.  So my shift is 4-9:30pm.  When I get home, I'm usually ravenous, I over eat and then wind up feeling like shit the rest of the evening until bed.  : /

  • The past week or so its been an all day thing. I can't wait for this to somewhat improve.

    The tiredness isnt as bad as it once was, moreso just early bed time and not wanting to get up in the morning. It's just the nausea. I got some morning sickness lollipops, but I can only have one every 8 hours and they only really help for about 3.

  • Evenings. If my dd takes a nap and I get to nap with her! I feel better but still not great.

  • I feel the worse in the AM when I have an empty stomach. Once i have food in me, I'm pretty good to go. Until the heartburn kicks in during the evening. Thank goodness for tums!

  • Mostly late afternoon early evening. Tired. Cranky. And nauseous.

  • I'll nap 1-2pm most days. Usually I feel pretty good if I can get a walk or yoga in. When I do get nauseous, it's usually around 7pm or later. I've found fizzy water helps settles my stomach.
  • Mornings for sure, i wake up and generally feel like complete shit till about 9ish. I also tend to throw up more in the morning, showering or brushing my teeth or bending over to dry my hair. Once i get some food in me i start on the road to feeling better, i also sip a cold coke every morning at work at about 8, maybe that has something to do with it.

  • it's a progressive thing for me. I start the day feeling alright and by the time 8 pm trolls around I usually feel like I'm about to die.

  • Evenings are the worst. The nausea starts getting worse toward the end of the work day and then all evening its awful.

  • If I am going to feel nasty on a given day it's generally in the evening. However, I do feel bad if I let myself get hungry as well, so that can be any time.
  • Definitely mornings for me. I haven't actually puked yet, but I wake up SO nauseous that if I don't eat a rice cake and drink a glass of almond milk immediately I know I will throw up.

    I have an active metabolism and I think my body doesn't like to wait the whole night to eat. I'm eating like every 1.5 hours during the day.

    Anniversary
  • I have after dinner sickness so much that my DH and DD look at me after I eat and are just waiting for me to say I don't feel good. Most nights I need a nap just so I can have energy to climb the stairs to bed. Then After my nap it's a 30 mins awake time and I spent that in bed so I can save energy!!!! Feeling my eye slide shut now and it's not even 10!!! Nite nite
  • I just get SO tired after 6 p.m. No nausea or m/s, just consuming exhaustion that makes me feel like a granny.
  • I sometimes make dinner in the mornings because that's when I almost feel normal.

    Energy starts going downhill in the afternoon.

    Then I have evening sickness and exhaustion.
