My H comes home!
I posted awhile back that we are having marriage troubles and I have started seeing a therapist myself, but I really can't wait for him to come home. He's been away over a month at sea, and taking on the role of a single parent has been completely draining. The last time H went to sea was when DS1 was 3 weeks old and it was only for 3 weeks. So it's been a long time and I'm not used to it at all.
Regardless, I'm ready to get working on things between us. Since he's been gone and I voiced how much some of the things he said to me stung, he's been better about showing how much he appreciates what I do for our family and showing love (as much as one can through email and short phone calls.) I'm hopeful about working out the kinks.
I digressed a bit. I'm just really excited for him to come home! I know he's ready too. As hard as it is for me, he's the one who hasn't seen our boys' sweet faces every day.
