pacifier size?

in August 2013 Moms
We've been using a 0-3 month nuk pacifier. I started thinking today though that she wears 6-9 month clothes...does that mean she should be on that size pacifier? Sorry if this is a dumb question...just curious what aug13 thought...

    We have a few 6mo, he doesn't suck on them as well. We are still using the small size.

    Do her current pacifiers seem too small for her? I am not really sure how that works.... I will be lurking to see answers.....

    No she seems fine with hers now...I was just curious when I went to buy her another one and saw all the sizes.

    We went up a size on the mam ones because twice LO got the plastic wing part stuck in his mouth. Don't ask me how... Rubbing his face?

    I just sized up on the Soothies. It appears the only difference is a harder plastic.

    Ahhhh. I would stick with the same size for now then. I guess it would be the same idea as a nipple? Until they don't seem to be satisfied with it, keep it the same? The only other reason I can think to change it is if it becomes too small and a choking hazard.

    Same here. We had the 0+ I think we use 0-6 now.

    This is a good question! I never thought of changing until DS reached 6 months. I assumed changing sizes had to do with teeth starting to come in..
