Supplements for men?

I've heard tale of vitamins or other such voodoo that can help with motility. Anyone's SO taking anything? I figure it wouldn't hurt to try?

    We are trying GNC's Men's FertilityBlend for low morphology.  Not sure I have any high hopes that it is going to change things much...but doesn't hurt to try?

    November 2013 - Benched, waiting for first post-loss AF.
    No longer benched per New RE/OB!
    Jan. 15 2014 - BFP. HCG 3900 - Ectopic :( 
    Jan. 16 2014 Left tube removed and D&C
    March 2, 2014 First AF

    Not to be Debbie downer, but we tried everything from Selenium to fertility blends and nothing helped out cause- however we are in the "severe" category for low sperm, motility, and morphology. As hubs put it, we are in the "DERRRRR!!!" Category. But my friend had some success with motility and morphology (no number increase) from the Fertility Blend from GNC and recently had IUI success. They find out girl or boy next month.
    January 2007- Stop BCP! Let's DO this!
    June 2010- MFI. BS. IVF! Ectopic. BS. image

    November 2010- FAILED FET! BS!
    January 2011- BFP FET! TWINS!     February 2011- lost twin. BS. image

    SEPTEMBER 2011- DD Born! Most awesome girl in the world!
    November 2013- FAILED FET! BS! (screw you November FETs)
    April Fresh Cycle, FAILED. Frozen embryos frozen for future FETs.
    FROZEN CYCLE JUNE! BFP
    BABY BOY VINCENT!

    I believe in the powers of basic multivitamins and a multimineral (most people over look this, and it is essential) plus I make H drink tons of water, which all equals top notch samples.

    DH is doing the the GNC fertility blend as well but they make him nauseous so I don't think he takes them religiously.
