I totally agree with everything they do. Like I said in the previous post I have always brought my boys out in cold weather. When ds1 was born (in February) we would go for walks all of the time in the winter. Now I bring ds2 outside with us when we go out and play. These past few days it's been in the teens here and I just attach the infant caraway to the stroller and keep him in there while I play in the son with ds1. Ds2, who usually is a cat napper, naps great outdoors. Yesterday he slept for the entire hour and a half we were outside. Fresh air, regardless of the temperature, is important.
This is so interesting! It makes so much sense too. Time to suck it up and make sure I get E outside every day. I'm such a wuss when it comes to cold weather.
I'd heard of this before, and had originally planned to try to get N out at least once a day. That was easy to say before we moved north and now I don't want to go outside myself!
Re: The blanket-over-the-face question reminded me of this.
