Things I HATE... after 11 months on TTCaL

Warning: I know I'm being snarky and shitty today, so if you're not up for it, please just skip my post.
Terms:
- Sticky Baby: In the world of missed miscarriages, ectopics, D&C's, and Misoprostol, stickiness has nothing to do with anything. It can actually cause huge problems such as tubal damage, tube removal, scar tissue, uterine and cervical damage, and infection.
- Baby Dust: This implies that dust will help you make babies... Dust does not in fact make babies. High quality sperm, eggs, and sometimes a small fortune in medical testing and drugs makes babies.
Circumstances:
- Questions asked on the board that are better off to a higher power. i.e. "Can I get pregnant?" "Do you think I'll have to..."
- Intros when gals think they could be pregnant.
- Drive-bys
- Pregnant belly avatars (Seriously, you're not pg, I'm not pg; You intend to stick around; update your avatar.)
- Asking for advice on how not to follow doctor's orders. You want a baby. You are paying your doctor to help you fulfill that dream. If you do not trust your doctor's advice, ask for a further explanation, or go to another doctor. (It is okay, however, to ask questions about the why's and if's of your doctor's orders.)
- Demanding the support you want without offering anything back to others.
- Specifically, throwing a fit, when you don't like the feedback to your questions. (We're not doctors; We don't know everything.)

Ummmm, no it wasn't. It's not a fucking mystery on how babies are made. So uhh yeah, if you're having sex (protected or not) you should always be prepared to expect this.

My newest pet peeve - when someone new responds to another poster with any variety of the "short and sweet stay" type responses. It's one thing to say it to someone the day they intro, it's totally another when you say it in response to a person that has responded to your intro or on the Crazy Train or in a check-in or in any other post if you do not know that person and their history. Take the time to look at a person's siggy. If you are mobile, don't tell someone you do not know that you know they will be out of here soon. If you have been her 6+ months, you know your stay is not going to be short and sweet and you don't need someone to remind you of that.

I completely agree with you. My nephews girlfriend was on the depo shot and she got pregnant (she had three other kids from previous marriage) and he kept telling me how unexpected it was. I wanted to go to him and punch him in the face...seriously, you had sex didn't you? My sister conceived his brother on BC, he should know better.

Do you have any idea how cruel and how big of an asshat you are being to the women who are truly TTA? If you are going to ignore your doctor then put on your big girl pants and own up to it!

Way back when I had a facebook friend (clearly you guys know where this is going) who would post about every ridiculous detail about her pregnancy. Status updates galore. This one particular day she had this poor me I'm so sad post about wanting a glass of wine.
In the comments section someone asked her "why?" clearly not remembering she was KU. Well her one word answer was "Preggers!!!!! lol ". Blocked.
