I Feel Awful For My Boss :(

This is a sort of update to my post yesterday where I was talking about my boss's attitude affecting the workplace. Now that the inspection is over, I went back to sit and chat with her and to see what she's working on in case she needed assistance. She opened up to me and said that for the past two weeks two people from our leadership that is higher ranking has been treating her poorly and that she's been crying on her way home everynight. I asked her if she thinks they'll ease up since the inspection is over and she says that she deems it to be personal and will most likely get worse. I wanted to cry for her. I feel awful that she has to work under these conditions. She's a hard ass at times, but is overall a very nice and very good supervisor. I thought the more rank you have, the easier you have because you're more of a leader- but that is not true at all.

    That's terrible.  I'm sure it helped her to speak to you about it, since you understand the climate at your workplace.

    She seemed relieved to even get that off her chest, so I'm glad she opened up about it. I just hope that things get better for her.
