I don't eat seafood....ever. DH loves it, so I bought some fresh talipia fillets yesterday. I want to bake them today, but have no idea. Internet recipes seem fancy and difficult (not going to happen with 3 kids running around).
How to do bake it? The guy I bought it from said something about 7 minutes at 400 with some garlic and rosemary, but again my kids had me too distracted to really listen. That seemed like a short time to bake it.

I switch up my seasonings for it but, cajun seasoning works really well. I usually cook it for @ 15 minutes. It really does cook well and it's super easy to work with.
