WWYD - We order a bed to be delivered. When it was one of the boxes was the wrong box. They are going to send us the right box but it will take 3 - 4 weeks because it is ground delivery over the holidays. We have to store the large boxes until the correct box comes. The are giving us 20% back. Do you think this is fair? I'm wondering if I should have complain more? I felt like it wasn't the lady I was taking to fault. So I didn't want to be too complainy. I just asked if they could give us a discount and she said yes.
