Question on Hyperstimulation

Morning!  I'm having retrieval tomorrow but noticed they're scheduling me to 'Test on Hyperstimulation' for Saturday morning, anyone knows what that entails?

Me: 32, DH: 34.
Trying since Jan 2011. Unexplained IF.
2 IUIs = BFN.
1 IVF (Dec 2013) = BFN.
FET, 2 frosties (June 13, 2014)

14dp5dt-June 27 -BFP, beta 2061. 2nd beta >5000, 3rd beta >5000, 2 sacs 06/30.
Twin Girls - 02/11/15 - at 37 weeks (no NICU, home with me at 3 days).

    I imagine this means your E2 is high or you have a lot of follices?  I didn't have this scheduled, but when I did my first ER I did get OHSS and they brought me in the next day to check my oxygen levels with that finger thing, do bloodwork, and do an u/s to look for fluid.  I don't know if that is what they mean by 'test on hyperstimulation' but that is what they did when I started showing signs.

    IVF/ICSI #2 - EPP - Starting stims 1/5/2014 (100 Follistim, 150 Menopur)

    They didn't test me for hyper stimulation they just knew by the number and size of the follicles, as well as my e2 that I was going to have OHSS.. I had over 40 follicles ranging above 16mm and my e2 was something like 9500 the day of my trigger... So I had to do a freeze all

    Question: so for you, if they had to freeze all, you couldn't do a 5 day transfer, how long is the wait for transfer ?

    I did an FET with 5d blasts. I had to wait to start priming for my FET until I got my AF which for me came about 8dpER; then they primed me with estrace for 2 weeks then 5 days with estrace and progesterone and we transferred the following day.

    They do an internal and check for fluid!
    TTC since May 2012
    Me: 32 H: 31
    DX: MFI-Very Low Count, I have Hashimotos.
    IVF prep September 2013 cancelled due to Ovarian Cyst
    IVF #1 October 2013 Antagonistic Protocol with ICSI  ER 10/31/13 (18R 16M 11F- 6 blasts to freeze)
    ET delayed due to OHSS 
    FET scheduled for July 8. Delayed due to a crazy high TSH (it had been under control for YEARS!)
    FET #1 8/5/14 sET BFN

    My doctor has mentioned a specific test for it, but I know that I need to go in after my retrieval for them to check my E2, before they'll do the transfer. 
    Me (31) - PCOS with insulin resistance

    4 rounds of Clomid = no response
    IVF # 1 - ET (1 3AA, 4 frosties): 12/22 = BFP
    EDD: 9/9/2014

    All above they will Prob test your blood and know you have a lot of follicles. My e2 at trigger was 12,500 we did not do a freeze all but should have. I was in a lot of pain and the cycle ended in a bfn. If you do hyperstimulate it's better for an FET for body and baby.
