Need some advice please!!

I'm pretty sure E is teething (slobbering like crazy, gums swollen, not napping great, etc.) But her poor little chin is getting chapped in the process. What can I use/do you use when that happens?? TIA!!

DD doesn't slobber so I don't know of any products, but I wanted to let you know you're not alone with the teething. DD's molars have been coming in FOREVER. I can't wait for this to be over!!
